Question:

As-salamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

Mufti Sahab if we play a cricket tournament with a particular team and it is pre-decided before the match commences that the winning team will pay 40% of the cost of the turf booking amount and the losing team will pay 60% of the booking fee. Is it correct/halaal if we do it this way or it would be haraam?

*Note: Here for playing cricket in private turfs one needs to pay a fee a particular amount for the time one plays cricket for eg 12$ per hour.
