Muftī Taqī ‘Uthmānī has authored a book on the sciences and etiquettes of issuing fatāwā in the Arabic language, titled: Uṣūl al-Iftā’ wa Ādābūh. This text has been included in the iftā’ syllabus in many Dar al-Iftā’s across the world. We have attached a pdf copy of its translation (and brief commentary) in the Urdu language.
